Returns
1. Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with any original packaging included.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at:

Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for the same item (subject to availability) within 14 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please follow the return process and let us know the size you need.
